In
practice, things rarely go as quickly as planned, but if there are
no major unexpected obstacles, this is when you should expect major
releases to occur:
January - March 2016 - web network redesign. All my websites are overhauled, often with a bit of new content. My art sales continue growing at an accelerated pace. I
already have a lot of listings on eBay with various art media and
sizes, but this will be taken even further in February (on eBay and
Etsy)
April-August
2016 - My aim is to make the Troop 4 adventure game available at this time. I will also be launching a line of miniature products at
around this time. Panoramic Worlds might be released by the end of this span,
and a handful of my old videos make it online after thoroughly working
through all their remaining legal obstacles.
More videos posted every so often. Expansion of Panoramic Worlds, miniature product lines, etc.
September - November 2016 - More videos posted every so often. Expansion of Panoramic Worlds, miniature product lines, etc. I'm working on some big new videos and I have a
strategy regarding getting most of my past videos online during the
same timeframe. The strategy is outlined on the 'Info for Actors'
page.
December 2016 onwards to 2017-2018 - Release of Isola, Vivid Minigolf, Vortex,
and some other projects, as well as release of some new epic videos.
Note
that this schedule all assumes a steady revenue stream that will
continue to climb gradually over the next 12 months. My sales on
eBay are climbing steadily, so I think that's a good sign, but past
trends don't always continue. There could be a breakout success
for me at some point that causes things to go faster than planned, or
perhaps an obstacle could emerge that I can't now predict with any
certainty - a technical problem, a personal health crisis, a global
economic depression - something that might interfere with my ability to
complete these projects quickly.
The
future is riddled with uncertainty, but this schedule is my current
best guess as to how my projects will progress this year. Note
that completing the entire roster of my currently planned projects,
everything I hope to do by 2018, will require thousands of hours'
effort as well as an estimated $7200.00 in all. I think that
these things can be completed but it'll definitely be a challenge for
me personally to achieve all of these goals.
NOTE: This schedule is not realistic anymore. Things are getting worse. Take a look at the addendum page. |
